The provisions defined herein (“Terms of Use”) apply to the use of the websites of Brioni d.o.o. and all content and web services offered herein. By using these websites and the web services offered on them, you accept all terms and conditions defined by Brioni d.o.o.

Brioni d.o.o. may update these General Terms of Use from time to time, so please check them periodically. Your continued use of these websites after any update constitutes your acceptance of such modified terms. If you do not agree with these General Terms of Use, you are not authorised to access or use these websites or the web services offered on them.

Brioni d.o.o. holds the copyright to the content of these websites. Brioni d.o.o. authorises you to view, download, print, copy, distribute and use the content published on these websites provided that the following conditions are met: no modifications are made without the prior written consent of Brioni d.o.o., and the materials are used solely for informational, personal or non-commercial purposes. Any viewing, downloading, use, etc. of any document published on these websites implies your acceptance of the General Terms of Use of these websites.

If you do not agree with these General Terms of Use, you are not permitted to view, download, copy or distribute the content of these websites, whether electronically or by any other means. Discontinuation of the Website

Brioni d.o.o. has the right, at any time and for any reason, to modify or discontinue these websites or the web services offered through them, with or without prior notice. Brioni d.o.o. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of any of these websites or web services. The provisions of these General Terms of Use shall remain valid notwithstanding any discontinuation of these websites or the web services offered.

Personal Data

Brioni d.o.o. undertakes to protect customers’ personal data by collecting only the necessary basic information about customers/users required to fulfil our obligations; informing customers about how the collected data is used; and regularly giving customers the option to choose how their data is used, including the option to decide whether or not they wish to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is kept strictly confidential and is accessible only to employees who require such data to perform their work. All employees of Brioni d.o.o. and its business partners are responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection.

Ticket Sales

By purchasing a ticket, the user enters into a contract of carriage with the carrier.

Tickets may be purchased on these websites using American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, no later than 5 minutes before the vehicle’s departure.

The carrier undertakes to transport the passenger safely on the agreed route, using the means of transport specified in the contract of carriage and under conditions of comfort and hygiene considered necessary according to the type of means of transport and the distance travelled. The existence of the contract of carriage is evidenced by the ticket. The Contract of Carriage shall be deemed concluded following successful completion of the payment transaction, after which the ticket is delivered to the customer’s email address.

When purchasing a ticket, customers may choose discounted tickets in addition to regular tickets. Brioni d.o.o. offers more favourable conditions for return tickets and for certain categories of users – children, students, persons aged 60+ and pensioners. The type of ticket is indicated alongside each ticket offered. Any misuse or purchase of special ticket categories without documentation proving the user’s eligibility may result in the loss of the right to use the ticket!

Changing the departure date or time for a ticket purchased online is not possible, except in exceptional cases.

Complaints

Refunds of transport fares are made exclusively in accordance with Article 13 of the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage available here.

The passenger has the right to submit a written complaint within 8 days from the date on which the transport service was provided, to the carrier at Brioni d.o.o., Šijanska cesta 4, 52100 Pula, Complaints Committee, or by email to reklamacije@brioni.hr.

The carrier’s Complaints Committee shall respond to the passenger in writing within 30 days of receiving the complaint.

Termination of Use

If you do not agree with these General Terms of Use or if you are dissatisfied with the websites or web services provided by Brioni d.o.o., discontinue your use of these websites and web services.

Brioni d.o.o. shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damage incurred, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, related to or arising from your use, misuse or inability to use the Brioni d.o.o. websites or web services. Even if your claim is based on a warranty, contract, tort or other legal basis, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, Brioni d.o.o. shall be released from any liability. Acceptance of the limitation of our liability is a necessary prerequisite for the use of these websites and web services.

Modification of the General Terms of Use

Any amendments or supplements to these General Terms of Use shall not be valid unless published by Brioni d.o.o. on these websites. Any amendment published on these websites by Brioni d.o.o. shall become effective immediately, and any further use of these websites or the web services offered shall constitute your acceptance of the amended provisions.
