How many pieces of luggage can I take on my journey?
Passengers can check in a maximum of two pieces of passenger luggage. If there is enough space in the bus luggage compartment and additional luggage does not exceed the vehicle’s permitted load, it may be possible to transport more pieces.
Lost luggage
If you have lost your luggage or another item while travelling by bus, or if you have found an item belonging to another passenger, please fill out the lost and found form.
Once we receive your report, we will check the available information and get back to you as soon as possible.
