Tickets, changes and refunds
- A passenger may request a refund for the unused portion of a return bus ticket until the ticket’s validity period expires.

- Purchasing tickets online at www.brioni.hr is generally more affordable, as no bus station fee or seat reservation fee is charged.
- By purchasing a return ticket, passengers are entitled to a 20% discount on the total ticket price.
- A bus ticket purchased at www.brioni.hr does not need to be printed. It is sufficient to display the ticket on your mobile phone so that the driver can scan the QR code.
- We recommend opening the ticket before boarding the bus so that the QR code can be scanned quickly and without difficulty.
